Ok, it just dawned on me! I think AG should create a new line- Coconut "real" doggy wear!!! Like the shirts coconut wears, make one for real dogs too! Coconut leashes for dogs and collars!!!!! Coconut bed for dogs!!! And so much more!!!! I would love to have that Hat and blue shirt set that is for Coconut for my own dog!

A Coconut dog line would be really cute but my dog HATEs it when I put her in clothes. I put her in the cutest dress and hat for easter and she wiggled right out of them. My Coconut has inherited all of her pretty bows.
I sewed a little football outfit for my Coconut to wear at our Super Bowl party. The only thing is I'm not very good at sewing and the football shaped buttons i sewed on it for decoration kind of hang crooked.
I had bought a sticky magnet to stick on the back of a small little flat football for her mouth but it did not hold.
I was really upset but then my husband tried sticking a safety pin to the back of the football, and that does stick and stay in Coconut's mouth. It's a cute outfit I made, it just really looks like an 8 year old made it instead of an adult.

That would be adorable, although I don't think the dogs would be too thrilled! Heehe.

Ria, I asked Nick our resident Westie (which Coconut is) and he said it wasn't a good idea that Westie don't wear clothes. I think it is a cute idea for someone with a Yorkie, though. We celebrated Nick's second birthday Monday and my daugher was going to have Nick wear a hat. Nick had other plans, though. He, Ean (the Scottie), and Sammy (the Dachshund) did get doggie ice cream cakes (Frosty Paws) but none of them would have anything to do with hats. We saw the dogwear items at Disney the other day. One was really cute. It said, "My owners went to Disney and all I got was this lousy bandana". You could make one and substitute AG for Disney.

I would totally buy Coconut wear for our dog, Bear, but I don't think DH would be too thrilled. Currently, I'm only allowed to put him in bandannas and his Outward Hound coat (it's like Columbia or North Face for dogs). Although I did get the cutest plaid coat from Old Navy that I sneak on him sometimes. And then there's his Elvis costume.

DH says if I put Bear in girly stuff, the other dogs will make fun of him. At 90 lbs, he seems quite secure in his masculinity, though.

Luke says, "Sheepdogs don't wear clothes."

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">if Mischief were here, she would say "NO WE DO NOT!!!!!!!!" She HATED clothes She even hated bandannas and always wiggled out of them.

Dear Nick,
I know plenty of Westies who wear clothes! Check out the Terrier Club website http://www.terrierclub.com

I think Ria's suggestion is a great one, no matter what the fur foots say! Ria's dog looks SO cute dressed up even if she is NOT a Westie!
